Visit to the Hong Kong Jockey Club Shatin Racecourse: Sharing session & field demonstration on Turf management

The Social Subcommittee organized a visit on turf management at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Shatin Racecourse.

The event, titled Visit to the Hong Kong Jockey Club Racecourse: Sharing session & field demonstration on Turf management was held on 11 January 2025, offering an opportunity to participants to deepen their understanding of turfgrass management both theoretical and practical learning.

The topics covered included pest control, soil management and the application of technology in turf care. The workshop offered a platform for enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills in sustainable and efficient turf management.
